Principal directors are:
Tom Fogarty (Director) has over 20 years experience in the technology sector, having held management positions with software, technology services and telecomm companies, including Axeda Systems, Ravisent Technologies, DecisionOne, and Bell Atlantic (now Verizon). In his prior role at Axeda, Tom was Executive VP and CFO, responsible for Corporate and Business Development, Investor Relations, as well as all finance and compliance at the NASDAQ listed firm. His experience also includes CFO positions at Ravisent Technologies, DecisionOne, and VP-Finance at Bell Atlantic Business Systems services. Education includes both a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania .

Piers Heriot-Walker (Director) has specialised in advertising and media econometrics for 15 years, in a career covering advertising, client-side marketing & management consultancy. As one of the few industry figures to truly understand the significance of applying return on investment measures to drive efficiency, Piers has developed and written several, globally distributed, leading edge decision-aid tools that pioneered approaches to delivering better understanding of client brand dynamics using econometrics, applied artificial intelligence and genetic optimisation.
